Marketplace Assistant Merchandiser
Job Title:
As part of Hela Brands International Product team, you will have a critical role in the Merchandising and stock control of the Marketplace team. The Assistant Merchandiser ensures that we have the correct product assortment, in the right place, at the right time, and in the correct volume to achieve optimal sales performance. You will work closely with the buying teams to plan and build the ranges, taking control of stock levels to maximise profit. Without Merchandisers, there would be no stock to sell!
Role Summary:

Responsible for the smooth-running day to day of the Marketplace Merchandising department
Forecasting sales and stock levels to achieve sales plans and margin/profit targets by brand and marketplace.
Monitoring the department performance and identifying opportunities, as well as potential risk/loss.
Working closely with the Buying teams to successfully range plan for the department.
Participating in trade meetings with Heads of department and Directors.
Evaluating the running of the department, whilst focusing on lead times and general performance.
Managing the WSSI and supporting trade plans
Supporting our culture by driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.

Proven experience as an Assistant Merchandiser in a Fashion Retail business.
Experience of planning weekly sales, stock and intake management.
The confidence to manage and own a category, including participating in weekly trade meetings.
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build relationships internally and externally at all levels
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience of managing and developing team members (desirable)
Strong computer skills, in particular, Excel and other MS Office applications.
Knowledge of reporting tools is desirable
A passion and interest in online retail

Job Title:
As a Product Range Building Assistant, you will support the Product Development and Marketplace teams in building and managing product ranges that align with our brand partners’ vision and market trends.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about fashion and product development, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
Working across our diverse brand portfoilo including Ellesse, Nautica, AVX, Reebok and many more, you will need to be consumer focused to deliver ranges fit for retail, that can talk to the right target customer.
Role Summary:

Product Range Development: Assist in creating and curating product ranges, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, market trends, and licensing agreements.
Market Research: Conduct market and trend research to inform product concepts and ensure relevance in the competitive landscape.
Design Collaboration: Work closely with designers to support the development of design concepts, color palettes, and material selections.
Data Management: Maintain accurate product data, including pricing, specifications, and approval statuses, using internal systems.
Segmentation: Guide ranges to have clear retail segmentation that supports the commercial sales plans.
Approvals Process: Support the licensing approval process by preparing presentations and documentation for submission to licensors.
Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, licensors, and retail partners to ensure smooth coordination throughout the product development lifecycle.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing timelines.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in product development, merchandising, or a similar role within the fashion or licensing industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of fashion trends, licensing processes, and product development cycles.
Attention to Detail: Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.

1st Line IT Support Engineer
Job Title:
The 1st Line IT Support Engineer is accountable for providing 1st line support both in person and remotely to our internal customers that use both Windows and Apple Operating Systems.
Role Summary:

These are the expected deliverables of the role and will be aligned to the probation period and performance development review (PDR) process:
To Resolve queries and help requests from the IT Ticketing System In accordance with the SLAs defined by the IT Manager and escalating critical and challenging cases to the 2nd Line Support Engineers when needed
Maintain regular communication with peers and colleagues, identifying process and service improvements and working with IT Manager to implement change
Report and provide results of system tests and suggest action options based on your end-user experience as well as effectively gauge and monitor network and service stability and reduce the number of problematic assets.
Perform end-user system tests, troubleshooting and perform necessary repairs on client devices, updating firmware, OS, Security to reduce downtime and service interruptions.
Support the IT Manager with the successful implementation of new software, hardware and ad-hoc project developments.
